There’s an old proverb that says if you want to get men to build a ship, you don’t tell them which trees to cut, what kind of wood to use or how to hang the mast.  Instead, you talk to them about how it feels to be out at sea, to feel the ocean winds, to taste the salt water and to soar above the ocean depths to new lands.  Simply, you paint the picture, you inspire . . . you create commitment.
