If you’re going to be a successful manager and effectively provide focus and direction for your employees, you’ll need feedback on your performance.  Often, when we think about feedback, we typically think about getting feedback from our own managers.  This type of feedback is useful in determining if we have a firm grasp on our roles, our responsibilities and on the behavioral expectations held for us. But, if you’re trying to improve as a manager, there are two other groups whose feedback you can benefit from: 1. Your employees; and 2. Your colleagues or peers.
