Often, when we think about feedback, we typically think about getting feedback from our own managers. This type of feedback is useful in determining if we have a firm grasp on our roles, our responsibilities and on the behavioral expectations held for us. But, if you’re trying to improve as a manager, there are two other groups whose feedback you can benefit from: 1. Your employees; and 2. Your colleagues or peers.
